Return Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of skincare products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

• The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided.

• Items must be shipped back to us at your own expense unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email luminouslite268@gmail.com with:

• Your full name and order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for your return request

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with instructions for completing your return.

Refund Process

After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at luminouslite268@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and offer a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.

Non-returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Any opened or used skincare products

• Items not in their original condition

• Promotional or clearance items

• Gift cards
